Pastor Joby Martin is the founder and lead pastor of The Church of Eleven22, a movement dedicated to helping all people discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. Since launching the church in 2012, Pastor Joby has led its remarkable growth to 14 campuses, with over 24,000 people attending in-person weekly, along with a thriving online presence.

Beyond leading The Church of Eleven22, Pastor Joby is a national and international preacher, teacher and author, passionately proclaiming the gospel and equipping others to follow Jesus. His dynamic storytelling and biblical teaching inspire people to live boldly for Christ.

With a heart for discipleship and kingdom impact, Pastor Joby continues to shape the vision and leadership of the church, ensuring that everything points back to the gospel of Jesus Christ. He also invests in the development of pastors and church leaders, equipping them to lead with biblical conviction and a gospel-centered focus.

Paul Williams

Chief Financial Officer, The Church of Eleven22

Paul Williams serves as the Chief Financial Officer of The Church of Eleven22, bringing over 30 years of experience in real estate investment banking and investment. Before joining the church, Paul held leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, served as Chief Investment Officer for a $6 billion real estate investment trust and was Managing Director and Head of U.S. Real Estate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Over his career, he has been involved in the buying, selling and development of more than $20 billion in commercial real estate. 

Paul’s academic background reflects his diverse expertise. He studied accounting at the University of Florida and executive leadership at the Wharton School of Business. His passion for both finance and ministry led him to earn a degree in theology from Princeton Theological Seminary

With a heart for stewardship and kingdom impact, Paul leverages his extensive financial and investment experience to support the mission of The Church of Eleven22. His leadership helps ensure that the church’s resources are managed wisely, furthering its vision to reach one more for the gospel.

Pastor Shawn Maxwell

Chief Operating Officer, The Church of Eleven22

Pastor Shawn Maxwell serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Church of Eleven22, where he has played a key role in the church’s multisite expansion and operational leadership since 2012. The Church of Eleven22 has grown to 14 locations, serving over 21,000 people weekly in-person and more than 40,000 online. Shawn has been instrumental in the buildout and launch of these campuses, ensuring that each location supports the church’s mission of helping all people discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ

Before entering full-time ministry over 11 years ago, Shawn spent 14 years at BellSouth/AT&T in various operational and leadership roles. His strong foundation in construction and business management has helped guide the church’s strategic growth. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech, an MBA from Kennesaw State and a Master’s in Global Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary

Beyond his role at the church, Shawn serves his community as a Board Member for both the Boys & Girls Club of Jacksonville and the Northeast Florida Christian Chamber of Commerce

Shawn and his wife, Rebecca, have been married for 22 years and live in Jacksonville with their two sons, Chapman and Colin. His leadership is shaped by Ephesians 4:12to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.” 

Pastor Ryan Britt

Executive Ministries Pastor, The Church of Eleven22

Pastor Ryan Britt serves as the Executive Ministries Pastor at The Church of Eleven22 in Jacksonville, FL. Since the church’s launch in 2012, it has expanded to 14 campuses, and Ryan has played a key role in guiding and growing ministries that help people discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus. 

Before joining The Church of Eleven22, Ryan served as the Director of Global Missions at 12Stone Church in Lawrenceville, GA. His passion for global church-planting has led him to serve and lead mission efforts in numerous countries, equipping leaders and spreading the gospel worldwide. 

Beyond his ministry work, Ryan is an avid reader and movie enthusiast. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and hitting the white ball whenever he gets the chance. 

Ryan is happily married to Jennifer, and together they have two beautiful daughters, Anna Kathryn and Abigail. His heart for the local and global church, combined with his leadership and pastoral care, continues to make a kingdom impact as he serves the mission of The Church of Eleven22

Benjamin Annis

General Manager, Blueprint1122

Benjamin Annis serves as the General Manager of Blueprint1122, where he walks alongside lead pastors and church leadership teams through some of the most significant building decisions their communities may ever face. Drawing from his background in Landscape Architecture, a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and more than a decade of senior ministry leadership, Ben brings both technical expertise and relational insight to complex church development projects.

Before joining Blueprint1122, Ben worked in residential and commercial development in Atlanta, including serving as the civil engineering and IT lead at Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. In that role, he managed site planning, engineering design, IT infrastructure and construction compliance—developing both the technical instincts and relational patience required for large-scale capital projects.

This foundation led him into senior ministry leadership, where he served in multiple director roles at The Church of Eleven22, and later into global ministry development as a Senior Brand and Messaging Operations leader for Compassion International. In 2026, Ben returned to Eleven22 to step into his current role with Blueprint1122.

Ben’s unique experience across the built environment, ministry leadership and global organizational development allows him to serve churches holistically. He is able to engage effectively with architects, elder boards and executive pastors alike—helping bridge vision, strategy and execution.

Ben has been married to his wife, Tonya, for 25 years, and they have three sons: Micah, Gabriel and Gideon. He believes the best Owner’s Representative work is not transactional, but relational, sacrificial and rooted in a deep conviction to serve the mission of the church well.

Steve Betz

Project Manager, Blueprint1122

Steve Betz brings nearly four decades of experience in commercial construction. He began his career in 1986, serving in various roles including Surveyor, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and Project Executive. In 2000, he was promoted to President of Southeast Operations and relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, where he continued to lead large-scale construction initiatives. 

In 2024, Steve joined The Church of Eleven22 as a Real Estate Project Manager leveraging his expertise to support the Real Estate Ministry in its mission to create and enhance spaces that help reach one more for the kingdom. 

Beyond his professional career, Steve is deeply committed to community service and leadership. He is an active member of Project Opioid’s Jacksonville Chapter, has served on the Associated Builders and Contractors of North Florida Board of Directors and is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties). His dedication to health and wellness is reflected in his long-standing involvement with the American Heart Association, where he has been a Board Member and part of the Executive Leadership Team for the Heart Walk since 2010

Additionally, Steve is engaged in local business and philanthropic efforts as a member of the Downtown Jacksonville Rotary Club and Jacksonville Catholic Businessmen

He earned a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati

Erica Brown

Communications Manager, Blueprint1122

With over 25 years of marketing and communication experience, Erica thrives in fast-paced environments, expertly managing multiple tasks and projects with ease. As Communications Manager, she is dedicated to providing creative, innovative and functional solutions that make a kingdom impact. Whether developing communication strategies, designing signage plans or crafting standout marketing efforts, Erica focuses on the unique needs of each ministry she serves. 

Known for her eagle eye for detail, Erica ensures that every project is executed with excellence, from signage placement to design elements and messaging consistency. She has a gift for catching the small details that make a big difference, refining projects to ensure they are both visually impactful and strategically effective. 

She loves the collaborative nature of her role, working closely with various ministries, vendors and contractors to ensure that every project not only meets practical needs but also helps further the church’s mission. 

Erica’s journey with The Church of Eleven22 began in 2012, contracting in a production role until 2017. In 2018, she officially joined the staff as Communication Project and Office Manager, continuing to serve on the production team for weekend worship services. Beyond her work in communications, Erica has a passion for youth ministry and serves on the Board of Directors for Youthquake Live

Her keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in every project she touches, always striving to reach one more and create work that reflects the heart of the kingdom

Allyson Carnes

Ministry Services Team Project Manager, The Church of Eleven22

Allyson Carnes serves as the Ministry Services Team Project Manager at The Church of Eleven22, bringing over nine years of experience to her role. She provides project support for the Chief Financial Officer, compiling key information for proposed developments, financial institutions, builders, donors, other non-profits and church leadership. With a strong commitment to the mission, vision and core values of The Church of Eleven22, Allyson ensures that projects align with the church’s overall strategy and kingdom impact. 

Before transitioning into finance, Allyson specialized in customer service, merchandising, people development and front-line ministry. She has extensive team and department management experience, equipping her with the skills to streamline processes and support ministry growth

As the Blueprint1122 point of contact for growing churches, Allyson connects our clients with experienced consultants who understand the operational and strategic needs of churches, helping them turn their vision into reality

Amanda Cooperman

Executive Administrative Assistant to the COO, The Church of Eleven22 and Blueprint1122

Amanda serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant to Pastor Shawn Maxwell, the Chief Operating Officer of The Church of Eleven22 and President of Blueprint1122. In this dual role, she supports the ministry efforts of both The Church of Eleven22 and Blueprint1122. Amanda plays a key part in coordinating project update meetings, tracking key decisions, managing travel logistics, supporting site visits, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders. Her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to excellence help ensure that operational efforts run smoothly across both ministries.

Amanda and her husband began attending The Church of Eleven22 in 2011, and she officially joined the Eleven22 staff in January 2018. Originally from Orlando, Florida, she moved to Jacksonville in 2007 and has called it home ever since.

She and her husband have been married for 13 years and are parents to three biological children. Their family has also opened their hearts and home to multiple foster children over the years, living out a calling to love and serve others in tangible ways.

Amanda’s heart for ministry and her administrative expertise make her a trusted and vital member of the team. She is passionate about supporting those who are called to lead and disciple, and she does so with humility, professionalism and a steadfast commitment to the mission of making Jesus known.

Helena Helms

Project Manager/Interior Designer, Blueprint1122

Helena Helms is a State of Florida Registered Interior Designer (RID) and accomplished Real Estate Project Manager with extensive experience in interior design, construction management and leadership. With a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces, she has successfully led multimillion-dollar construction and renovation projects throughout her career. 

At The Church of Eleven22, Helena has played a pivotal role in developing multiple campuses, including the St. Johns (ground-up) and North Jacksonville (renovation) locations. She has also contributed her design expertise to the Wildlight and St. Augustine campuses. Her leadership has helped establish design standards, improve processes and strengthen relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure project success. 

Prior to joining the church, Helena managed large-scale renovations at Florida Blue, where she designed corporate office interiors, reorganized workspaces and implemented enterprise-wide standards for finishes, furniture and fixtures. Her projects spanned Texas, Pennsylvania and Florida, and she also led a team overseeing clinics and retail spaces. 

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and facility work-order systems, Helena thrives in fast-paced environments that require strategic thinking and adaptability. 

Beyond her professional work, Helena’s faith drives her purpose and passion for service. She actively serves on the production team at The Church of Eleven22, builds relationships with vision ambassadors and contributes to the church’s mission. Her dedication to excellence reflects her commitment to transforming spaces and serving the kingdom

Andrew Hoffstatter

AVL Integration Project Manager, Blueprint1122

With over 18 years of experience in the audio, visual and lighting (AVL) industry, Andrew specializes in designing, integrating and optimizing AVL systems for churches of all sizes. His expertise spans ground-up construction, portable campuses and major renovations, giving him a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within church environments. 

Andrew has played a key role in AVL system design, installation and long-term strategy, ensuring that state-of-the-art audio systems, immersive lighting and high-quality video production effectively support church engagement. His hands-on experience allows him to create innovative yet cost-effective solutions that enhance worship services, communication and overall ministry operations

One of Andrew’s greatest strengths is value engineering—finding high-performance solutions while maintaining financial stewardship. He works closely with church leadership, architects and construction teams to ensure AVL systems align with both the practical and spiritual needs of each ministry. His ability to balance cutting-edge technology with long-term sustainability makes him a valuable asset in any church project. 

Passionate about helping churches navigate AVL challenges, Andrew is committed to ensuring that technology not only meets current needs but also supports future growth. Whether integrating AVL in a new facility or enhancing an existing space, he strives for excellence in every project, helping ministries create environments that foster meaningful worship experiences

David Landis

Project Manager, Blueprint1122

David Landis serves as a Project Manager for Blueprint1122, bringing extensive experience in facility planning, construction management and operational leadership. As a Certified Facility Manager (CFM)Project Management Professional (PMP) and former LEED Green Associate, David combines technical expertise with a strategic approach to delivering high-quality, mission-driven spaces.

With a passion for creating innovative and functional environments, David has successfully led multimillion-dollar construction and renovation projects throughout his career. His work reflects a commitment to excellence, efficiency and long-term sustainability.

At Blueprint1122 and The Church of Eleven22®, David has played a key role in the development of multiple campuses, including supporting the ground-up construction of the Wildlight campus, the College Park–Orlando campus and various renovation and planning initiatives. His ability to manage both new builds and renovations allows him to guide projects from concept to completion with clarity and precision.

Prior to this, David served with CBRE, where he managed projects across the Midwest and Southern regions for a large national client. In this role, he oversaw all phases of construction, asset replacement and facility operations, ensuring projects were completed on time and aligned with organizational goals.

David’s expertise includes project leadership, process improvement and building strong contractor and vendor relationships. He is proficient in Microsoft programs, MS Project and facility work-order systems, enabling him to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Driven by his faith, David actively serves with Samaritan’s Purse, Guardian ad Litem and The Church of Eleven22. He is passionate about building relationships and transforming spaces that ultimately serve the Kingdom.

Lori Newell

Kids Director, The Church of Eleven22 | Kids Experience Consultant

Lori Newell serves as the Kids Director at The Church of Eleven22, leading a ministry that welcomes over 3,000 kids each weekend across 14 locations and growing. With a heart for raising up the next generation to know and love Jesus, she has been instrumental in shaping dynamic and engaging experiences for children and families. 

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Lori moved to Florida as a child and has called it home ever since. She relocated to Jacksonville for college to pursue a career in education, where she met her husband, Bret. They married in 2004 and, along with their sons, Hunter and Luke, became deeply involved in kids and student ministries. 

Lori spent over a decade in education, but in 2015, she felt God calling her into vocational ministry. Taking a leap of faith, she joined the Eleven22 Kids Ministry and in 2017, earned her Ministry License from The Church of Eleven22, soon stepping into the Kids Director role. Since then, she has helped expand and enrich the ministry, ensuring that children experience biblical teaching in a fun, engaging and life-changing way

In addition to leading Eleven22 Kids, Lori serves as a Kids Experience Consultant, helping churches create impactful children’s ministry environments. 

In her free time, Lori enjoys family beach days, baseball, cooking, hiking and cheering on the Florida Gators. Her passion for discipling the next generation continues to inspire her work in the church and beyond. 

Sean Wilson

Business Development & Property Acquisition Manager, Blueprint1122

Sean serves as the Business Development & Property Acquisition Manager for Blueprint1122, bringing a unique blend of ministry insight and real estate expertise to his role. A graduate of Florida State University and long-time resident of Ponte Vedra, Sean began his journey with The Church of Eleven22 in 2017, serving for six years as Operations Director. During that time, he played a pivotal role in the church’s multi-campus expansion, leading numerous campus launches and developing scalable operational systems.

Following his tenure in operations, Sean transitioned into a Real Estate Analyst position, focusing on identifying and securing properties for new campuses and other ventures across the organization. His background in real estate and land development equips him to navigate complex markets and identify strategic property solutions that align with each organization’s mission and growth goals.

Sean is known for his ability to identify unique opportunities and bring vision to life through property development. His deep understanding of the Northeast Florida market, combined with strong community relationships, enables him to approach business development from a distinctly mission-minded perspective.

Outside of his professional work, Sean is passionate about connecting people and fostering collaborative partnerships. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling with friends and exploring the outdoors. His commitment to personal and professional investment in the local community is evident in every relationship and project he builds.
